Welcome
The Institute of Theta Healing™ is based high (330 meters above sea level) above Disley in the Cheshire Hills overlooking amazing views of Stockport, Manchester and even as far as Liverpool and the Welsh Mountains. We run most of our Courses and Workshops from here. Our classroom is part of a converted 17th century stone barn built on sandstone with a stream running under it. This gives it amazing energy and is in our opinion the perfect place to find peace and tranquillity.

Our Location is just one mile from Disley Station. However due to the very steep hills to our centre, we offer a free pick up and drop off service. We have plenty of safe parking and are a short drive away from local hotels. We have negotiated special rates with them so before you book let us tell you how to get the best deals.
All of our courses are catered and we love to provide good wholesome food using local suppliers. We plan our menus to cater for vegetarians and non-veggies and really understand that vegetarian food consists of more than just a pasta cheese bake.
